PRESENTATION:  Managing the Generational Mix

More and more companies are focused on recruiting Gen Y professionals because they know these workers will play an important role in business as baby boomers begin to retire. Our new white paper focuses on the most senior slice of Generation Y – those who are 21 to 28 years of age and beginning their careers. In order to better understand this segment of the workforce, we partnered with Yahoo! HotJobs to conduct a survey of people in this age bracket to provide useful information to our clients on how to attract, motivate and retain Gen Y workers. Our paper provides insight into this group’s professional priorities and mindset, including what motivates them at work, their career concerns, how they view their roles and responsibilities at work, and their expectations of employers.
