Randi Klein Hyatt represents management in all aspects of labor and employment law in both the public and private sectors. Randi routinely defends employers with regard to claims of employment discrimination, employment torts and contracts, unfair labor practices and occupational safety and health violations. Additionally, Randi provides advice and counsel to employers on personnel matters and employee handbook issues, and she has conducted sensitivity training on sexual and other harassment issues.

Randi routinely lectures at seminars on various employment law topics, including the Family and Medical Leave Act, sexual harassment, employee handbooks, and hiring. In addition to her legal practice, Randi has been an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she taught Legal Writing and Employment Law.
