Speaker: Sybil Randolph, PHR

As a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Berkshire Associates, Inc., Sybil Randolph has helped hundreds of companies prepare their affirmative action programs. Sybil has a Masters degree in Human Resources Development from the George Washington University in Washington, DC. She is President of the Baltimore Chapter of the national Association of African Americans in Human Resources and a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and the Howard County Human Resources Society.

This interactive presentation will discuss how information from an Affirmative Action Plan can be used for diversity initiatives, primarily covering the risks associated with the "marriage" between the two, or "divorce," as the case may be. Practical tips on how to create a diversity program that values differences and encourages employee interaction will also be discussed, as well as:
