As a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Berkshire Associates, Inc., Sybil Randolph has helped hundreds of companies prepare their affirmative action programs. Sybil has a Masters degree in Human Resources Development from the George Washington University in Washington, DC. She is President of the Baltimore Chapter of the national Association of African Americans in Human Resources and a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and the Howard County Human Resources Society.
