The Maryland Chapter has grown steadily over the past 25 years to its current size of 80 members. Over forty law firms participate in the local Chapter, with virtually all of Maryland's top firms, large and small, represented. Additionally, there are members who administer the legal departments of a number of large local corporations in the fields of insurance, banking, investing and real estate, as well as the Maryland State Bar. The Chapter provides a dynamic force within the community for the support of its members, as well as strong representation at ALA's regional and national levels.
